London and New York: April 5, 2022 – Inspiring Workplaces’ new Global Perspectives report highlights the twin threats to well-being from poor work: life balance and inadequate human interaction caused by the pandemic. In fact, 74% of respondents said they have difficulty maintaining boundaries between home and work. And nearly nine out of ten respondents (88%) said they don’t have or need human social interaction from colleagues or clients.
The report entitled: I I miss you! A new well-being crisis on the horizon, is released nearly two years after much of the world was first locked down. The report draws its responses from the global Inspiring Workplaces community. It has insights that will help give employees and leadership a voice a roadmap of areas to consider as we continue to navigate through the seismic changes wrought by the pandemic. The most encouraging response in the report shows that 98% of the Inspiring Workplaces community feel they can be themselves at work, promoting psychological safety within their organizations
